Your starting point to register

Entry to the Register is by qualification. REPs fully recognises that the range of training, experience and qualifications across the fitness industry, and around the world is very diverse.

Please note that REPs does not accept qualifications in Sports Coaching, Dance or Martial Arts.

Each registration is checked to ensure that applicants are placed on the Register at the correct level and with the correct categories of registration. To do this we need you to send us all relevant documentation, including copies of your certificates. If you hold a Level 3+ qualification and are applying for Level 3+ registration, you must also send copies of your Level 2 (pre-requisite) qualifications.

Important registration notes:

  • Please be aware that all payments will show as being paid to Coachwise on your bank statement.
  • You are not covered on the REPs insurance until your membership has been verified and confirmed by the REPs team.
  • When signing up to the Register, you are agreeing to abide by the REPs Code of Ethics and Conduct and declare that all information provided is correct and true, and that no material facts have been omitted or mis-stated.
  • Members of the Register must be able to demonstrate they remain in good professional standing by engaging in appropriate Continued Professional Development (CPD) activities.
