Last month saw the REPs Welsh Convention take place in Cardiff.
The day was filled with a variety of activities including, 12 different workshops and an update from REPs Registrar Jean Ann Marnoch, who gave an in-depth view of the achievements and changes over the last year. The convention also heard from Weight Loss Guru Pete Cohen. Pete engaged the audience in a discussion about ‘Obesity – An Un-tapped Fitness Market’, bringing a new perspective to an area that we all know and understand to be a problem.
Since the event we have received some fantastic feedback, with 98% of the attendees stating they went home inspired, wanting to return for next year’s convention! The whole event was perceived as insightful and entertaining by those who made the trip to Cardiff.
Here is what some of our members said about the day:
“Keep up the good work. The workshops were great and the speakers brilliant. I thought the whole day was good value for money. Inspiring!”
