Registration Form

To get on the Register is very simple - just complete a Registration form, attach any relevant certificates, an industry CV and payment and send it to the 'Registrar' at the following address:

Re-Registration Form

If you are already registered with REPs and are due for renewal simply complete and submit a Re-Registration form and post along with payment to the above address.

Please Note...you are NOT required to re-submit copies of qualifications when Re-Registering. You should only submit copies of NEW qualifications undertaken since last registering / re-registering.
Details of CPD undertaken should not be sent through to the REPs office but logged online in the members area of our website making sure to keep your own personal record in hard copy.
