Payments are made through this website via PayPal which is PCI compliant. Therefore, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
REPs membership becomes effective the date the payment is received (assuming the member provides evidence of relevant qualifications). Online confirmations will be issued within three working days. Membership cards will be posted out within 14 working days.
You may cancel your REPs membership within 14 days of joining REPs or within 14 days of renewing your REPs membership by contacting our Customer Care Team on 0330 004 0004 and we will automatically refund your money in full. If you have already been issued with your membership card, you will need to return this to us. Any exceptions will be at the managers discretion.
