REPs Convention 2010 - a Recognised Industry in the South East
REPs South East Convention a Huge Success...
Over 150 REPs members and guests attended the REPs South East Convention on Thursday 20th May at the David Lloyd Health Club Dartford
The convention included key note presentations from Lucy Hale of the University of Kent who gave us an insight in to nutrition for competition andJames Wild, Head of Training for Premier Training International who shared his insights in to the Dynamic correspondence of strength training to sports performance.
The convention also included Practical Workshops delivered by Yfit's top presenter, Denise Page and a Fit Pro ViPR training tool session...the latter conducted outside in the Kent sunshine. Other workshops delivered through BACR, Fit Pro, Lifetime Health & Fitness, Nordic Walking, Premier Trainingand REPs own Rebecca Weissbort.
