REPs Welsh Convention a Huge Success...
Over 100 REPs members and guests attended the 5th REPs Welsh Convention on Friday 18th February, 2011 at the Esporta Health Club, Cardiff.
Following on from the 2010 northern convention the Welsh Convention was structured slightly different from previous events with 3 workshop sessions and a key note presentation from Jamie Edwards, the Trained Brain - One of Europe's leading peak performance coaches who has established through his ability to help athletes and organisations create the results they aspire to. Jamie was followed by Dr Darren Warburton from the University of British Columbia (UBC) who shared his insights in to physical activity prescription for chronic disease management.
Workshops delivered by Discovery Learning, Fit Pro, Faster Health & Fitness, BACR, Fitness Wales, Greg Sellers, Lifetime Health & Fitness, Premier Training International, Optimal Life Fitness and REPs' own Rebecca Weissbort.
